We operate high quality, fun-filled Term Time Breakfast and After School Clubs at Newick CofE School.
Rise then Shine Breakfast Club and Stay & Play After School Club are available for pupils attending Newick CofE Primary School only.
Children benefit from a safe and familiar school setting, helping them settle quickly into their surroundings and chosen activity.
We run our indoor sessions from designated spaces within the school, including use of the school hall and access to all the wonderful outdoor areas.
The children enjoy the fantastic outdoor spaces where we’re able to operate our supervised games and activities, promoting collaboration, teamwork, and fun!
With options for booking on a regular or ad-hoc basis – we’re here, as much or as little as you need us.
We have limited places available and would encourage you to book now to secure your child’s place.

Our morning programmes are now called ‘Rise Then Shine’, the perfect start to your child’s school day!
We set the tone for a great day at school through an array of energising activities and some delicious and nutritious food.
From delightful breakfast moments, to calming morning meditations, we ensure they step into school ready to embrace the day!
The fun continues after school at our ‘Stay and Play’ afternoon programmes. Children can dive into more fun activities, building lasting friendships and creating memories beyond the classroom, all before heading home for quality family time.
All children have a freshly prepared High Tea together – a real social highlight of every afternoon.
Hello, my name is Emma and I am the Club Manager at Newick Breakfast and After School Club!
I joined Pioneer Childcare in 2021 as Senior Activity Leader at Halsford Park. I hold a certificate in First Aid and recently completed training in Safeguarding.
I enjoy coming up with activities that fully engage the children whether that’s arts and craft or a sports activity, as well as getting the children to teach me new games as well.
It is important to me that all children who attend Pioneer Club get the best care and attention, as well as having fun with staff and friends.
If you would like to discuss anything club-related, please call 07914694464 during club opening hours, and I will be happy to talk to you.
