• Manage all administrative tasks, including the writing of risk assessments
• Be the point of contact for parents and schools
• Independently manage safeguarding concerns and referrals

Work with Area Manager

• Supervise your staff team, complete appraisals, disciplinaries etc
• Independently hold the stakeholder relationships at your club
• Deliver training to your staff team
• Ensure your club is compliant with outside agencies, including Ofsted and Environmental Health
• Be an effective and agile thinker

You will support children in all aspects of club, including the delivery of activities, during high-tea, and at transitioning times.   You will ensure that you are an excellent role model and meet the standards expected to deliver our high-quality childcare. The role is usually term time only; however, we do run successful holiday camps in Haywards Heath with the attraction of additional hours throughout the year if needed.  Please note holiday hours can be incorporated into a contract if desired.
