Holiday HQ offers children an unforgettable break from school with a dynamic blend of activities and enriching experiences.
Our holiday programmes feature a new theme each season, with daily activities ranging from arts and crafts to sports and STEM, no two days are the same. We ensure every child’s holiday is not just entertaining but an opportunity for growth, helping them build friendships, explore interests, and return to school with lasting memories. Easter 2025 Activity Days
Ready, Set, Explore
Monday 7th April
Kickstart your adventure with explorer training!
Create crafts from around the world, solve ancient puzzles originating from China, and take on an Around the World Relay, where teamwork is the key to unlocking new destinations.
European Expedition
Tuesday 8th April
Discover the wonders of Europe through creativity, movement, and teamwork!
Design your own passport to track your global journey, construct famous landmarks from LEGO, and dash through an exciting European Landmarks race, tackling challenges inspired by each location.
African Safari
Wednesday 9th April
Step into the wild African savannah!
Craft a traditional African mask as part of our make and take experience, move like safari animals in a high-energy movement game, and create your own Mini Savannah wildlife scene.
Party in the USA
Thursday 10th April
Lights, camera, action! Step into the glitz and excitement of the USA with a day packed with stars, space, and sports!
Design your own Hollywood Walk of Fame star, build and launch a rocket, and hit the field for an American football showdown, just like the Super Bowl pros!
Polar Express
Friday 11th April
Brave the icy extremes and experience life in the Arctic!
Build a marshmallow igloo, explore the science of ice in a hands-on experiment, and stretch out like polar animals in Arctic Animal Yoga.
Island Escape
Monday 14th April
Dive into an underwater adventure!
Create a vibrant Coral Reef Collage, make and take home an Ocean Sensory Bottle, and take on the Water Olympics for some splash-filled fun.
Into the Outback
Tuesday 15th April
Take on the Australian wilderness!
Hop through the Outback Adventure Challenge, build a survival shelter, and create Aboriginal dot paintings, telling stories through art.
Ancient Egypt
Wednesday 16th April
Step into the wonders of Ancient Egypt, where pharaohs ruled, and hidden treasures await discovery!
Build your own pyramid, craft pottery inspired by Egyptian artefacts, and race through a Pharaoh’s tomb in a thrilling Temple Run challenge, dodging traps and uncovering secrets along the way.
The Final Flight

The ultimate world explorers showdown!
Race against the clock in our Ultimate Explorer Relay, design and build Astronomical Airplanes in our inter-club Special Event competition, and celebrate your journey in the Closing Ceremony

Drop off / Pick up information: Drop and pick up via the main gate, and then follow signs to the door into the school hall. It is the same door that we use in term time.
If you are late, please use the school’s intercom which will alert us that you’re there.
Parking Instructions: Strictly No Parking on the school site. There is plenty of free on-street parking around the school entrance, but please be mindful of the school’s neighbours and their driveways.

Drop off / Pick up information: Please drop and collect your children via the entrance to the Infant School on School Road. Please call the camp telephone number 07766 342 391 if you are dropping or collecting outsite the usual hours.
What to bring to Holiday Camp
- Please can your children wear appropriate clothing including warm clothing and all weather coat and shoes.
- A refillable water bottle.
- Please either provide your child with a packed lunch or add a ‘grab bag’ to your booking.
- All children MUST BRING 2x snacks for morning and afternoon break
- If your child requires prescribed medication during camp hours please provide it in the original packaging at registration. Please be aware that you will be required to complete a permission to administer form when handing over the medication.
NB: Please remember all our Holiday HQ Camps are Nut and Sesame Seed Free. Please do not send your children into camp with any food that contains nuts or sesame seeds.
Please Remember
- Please ensure your child/ren is collected by 5pm, unless you have paid in advance for the extended hour session (available only at Oak Tree and Harlands).
- We will only release your child/ren to the account holder or anyone listed in your Emergency Contacts.
Simply log into your online account to add a family member or friend to your list of Emergency Contacts if necessary.
- Please sign in any medication at drop off. Medication must be in the original packaging.
